It was very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to local restaurants. The only issue we had was the kitchen wasn’t well equipped if you like to cook. There were no large pots, or cooking utensils but we were able to make it work. We loved the house and are hoping to go back in warmer weather."

"What a great space! There was plenty of room to spend time together or apart and the decor is charming. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our stay with the family dog. We faced some issues with the a/c and management was super responsive. Portable units were delivered right away to keep us comfortable and the next day the issue was fixed. "The photo you show of the building is premature. That building is to be built this fall. We stayed in the older duplex that is to be replaced. Hopefully, new build will be well maintained, furnished, and cleaned properly prior to guests arrival. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Forbes Restaurant and the Arcade. Close to beach access. The new build should have excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise. Host was quick to respond to our messages.parking for 4 vehicles…5 if small...

We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door. The beds were all sleep number but the remote controls were missing, the sunny kitchen had plenty of pans / utensils but was missing detergent and garbage liners - had we know we would have added those to our initial shopping List. "Large private yard. Yet located very close to beach and restaurants. We loved to be able to go out and come back and relax in the yard. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Very clean. Full kitchen if you want to cook. Good for young families too."
