"We loved the house and the neighborhood until checkout day when they began demolishing the cottage next door. As we were loading our cars, the airborne remnants of the insulation from the destruction next door floated all over our belongings, our cars, and into our hosts garage. "

"This is the perfect little place for a group! Lots of cozy and conversational spaces while also being large enough for people to decompress if they want. SUPER clean, this was by far the cleanest weekend rental property I’ve been to. The water in the showers heats up fast which is great for those cold mornings. Hosts were extremely helpful and both check in and check out were incredibly smooth. "

"We could only fine one means of egress, which was the entry door with the keypad. There is another door on the ground level, but it was locked and the lockbox keys did not open it. In addition, there appeared to be a door inside that leads to the ground level, but that was also locked and no key was provided. This may be in violation of the Maine fire code and should be corrected. I believe the code states that two means of egress are required in residential buildings. "

The house was beautiful, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us, and we had the best time! Chelsi was also super great/quick with communication when I had a question! "Anne was one of the best hosts I've stayed with at a VRBO property. She thought of every last detail and was extremely attentive and had a bottle of wine and chocolate treats for us when we arrived, along with a stocked kitchen of everything you need. "Our family of four had a great stay in this house! The house is wonderful - the bedrooms are spacious and we enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom and on the many decks. The house is nestled in the trees which give it a private and cozy feel, yet the location is perfect - an easy walk to Perkins Cove and a short drive to all the Ogunquit beaches and sites. The host was flexible when I needed to change our reservation dates, and responsive when we had a small issue at check in that she promptly fixed....

"We had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit and really enjoyed this home. It was a perfect location and was clean and well appointed. They went above and beyond to make it a great stay. Only note is that the fourth bedroom in the basement is a pull-out couch, not a bed, which we didn't realize when booking. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!"
