The outside deck/porch is worth spending many lovely hours listening to the crashing ocean however this home is perfectly located only a few hundred feet from the ocean shore so it is a pleasure to get to the sand in only a few minutes. "We could only fine one means of egress, which was the entry door with the keypad. There is another door on the ground level, but it was locked and the lockbox keys did not open it. In addition, there appeared to be a door inside that leads to the ground level, but that was also locked and no key was provided. This may be in violation of the Maine fire code and should be corrected. I believe the code states that two means of egress are required in residential buildings. "
