"Romora Bay Resort & Marina is a little tired. Our original room was #6 we had to move because the rooms had carpenter ants and was very dirty. It looks like the rooms have not been cleaned in weeks. (Dusty, old dead insects and a smelled very musty and wet) The bed was comfortable and after we moved into room #8 we were happier with the extra space. "This well cared for property is a big house divided into several units. If you don’t mind interacting with other travelers/vacationers….and hearing everything they do, “Trela Sands” is a decent home base for exploring Eleuthera. While clean and well-appointed, we found the 1 bedroom front unit claustrophobic and not private. "We enjoyed the 3 bedroom garden suite for 5 marvellous weeks. The beautiful beachfront house is immaculate. Tracy’s attention to detail is superb. "We had a wonderful stay at the rock house! Excellent location. Beautiful views. Delicious food! Everyone is so happy and accommodating. It is beautifully decorated and has a lot of areas to hang out in. Highly recommend! We will be back!"

"Our stay at Coral Sands was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the beach. The tropical drinks were delicious. They have a new workout area with a sauna. They have tennis and pickleball courts. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The sand has a hint of coral color and the water is aqua and refreshing! We can’t wait to return next year!"

Nice place to get away

"A coworker and I stayed at Daddy Joe’s on a work trip. We had a really good experience and would recommend it. The building is old but updated. Rooms are really nice with WiFi, streaming tvs, good air conditioning, refrigerators, and other amenities. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. The restaurant has excellent food and good prices. Breakfast is available, but you have to order the previous day. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are expecting a stereotypical beach resort, this isn’t it. It’s a relatively small facility with no pool. There is access to a beautiful beach a short (1/4 mile) walk or drive across the street. I’ve had longer walks to the beach at large resorts. Daddy Joe’s is about a mile from the glass window bridge and even closer to the Queen’s Baths, but I’d recommend a rental car to see the island and explore. This is a great place to get away and relax. "
