"I rarely write reviews but this place was above and beyond the average. Starting with the setting, on a babbling creek in the middle of the mountains in a small town that brings you back in time a little in a great way! The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The suite had everything you need to prepare meals(several extras as far as spices and whatnot) and the dining table looks out the window to the creek. "This cozy home is exactly as advertised and the previous reviews did not lie! The hosts go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. So many small touches and amenities. Location was fantastic. We will be back!"

"We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. The homeowners have worked really hard to make their home and yard beautiful, so this is a gem in the neighborhood. The neighborhood does leave much to be desired. It's...

"A wonderful stay! Lovely place, great hosts, and the beauty of Boulder all around. Even the unexpected days of snow were easy to handle (the view was gorgeous), and the hosts offered any assistance I might need. Thank you!"

"Lovely guest house in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to markets or Pearl Street. House was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely front porch and plenty of street parking. Would definitely stay again!"

"I'll start by saying i should have been more aware of the location. We just didn't expect it to be twelve miles from Black Hawk, the last few miles on gravel. That's great if that's what you're looking for. But the pictures don't show the busy highway 150 yards from the patio. There were nonstop trucks hauling up and down the steep hill, you can imagine the noise. They also don't show the neighbor across the way with the bright outdoor lights on 24x7, no star watching. "Just stayed at Sonder The Artesian. It was well located, lots of local dining and a cute neighborhood. I really liked the keyless access! The beds were comfortable. Livingroom furnishings were a bit “stiff” and would have appreciated a few more amenities in the kitchen (basic seasoning, salad sized bowl, etc.)With the street sweeping, construction and “No Parkjng Anytime”, parking was a little tricky, unless you got lucky. All in all, it worked out fine for our few days. "

"The room was spacious and clean, and the area provided plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only drawback is parking. There are only so many dedicated spots for this accommodation. Plus, the street nearby is free but also fairly busy, given the live, happening restaurants nearby. It could present a challenge if you're not lucky. "

"Overall this property was a nice stay. The rate per night was an impressive $58.00 including taxes. The room was standard with two soft queen size beds that had comfortable pillows and warm blanketing. The Quality Inn standard was impressive. I was surprised by a wet bar being in the room. There was also a mini fridge that worked for those road trip goodies and a microwave that was a great touch for those reheated meals. A mini pod coffee machine and condiments were available as well. If I must complain about anything..the only one complaint. . the room I was in had a conjoined door which allowed a lot of sound to be heard between the rooms. I had heard a full blown conversation happening as soon as I walked in and then later the TV volume from their room was competing with mine. But hey, it was ONLY $58.00 with tax per night. They do offer a breakfast that's part of your room rental. I didn't get up early enough to give it a try so i can't speak on that. I don't remember if they had a pool or not. I wasn't told at the front desk anyways if there was one. I did read online that their hottub was out of service."
