"We rented this property as we were in town for work for a week. We specifically liked the location because it was out of town and away from all of the hustle and bustle. The property was lovely and charming even in the winter. I assume it’s absolutely beautiful in the summertime. The unit was extremely comfortable and contained everything we needed for our stay. "I really enjoyed my stay at Sonder. The codes worked the way you communicated so there were no surprises at check-in. The rooms have a great kitchen, love that there is a little stove top and kettle to make tea. It felt very homey so I felt safe. Thank you much! The only feedback I'd have is that it would be nice to have someone locally I can contact in case of emergencies. I realize its all through the app, just offering an idea that would make your property even better. Thanks! "

"Fine stay. But I got an email saying I'd be emailed access codes....and never got one. So I was standing outside the locked building on the phone with customer service at night. Definitely impacted feeling of security. Someone knocked on my door before checkout time, even though I entered my checkout time as requested. And there's no peephole. "
