"Stayed here with my mom, father and aunt. All of us were extremely impressed at the cleanliness, size, and all of the amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer was very nice! We would definitely recommend it and hope to be able to stay there again sometime."

"Wow. My (now) husband and I stayed here for a weekend while we eloped in Garden of the Gods. This spot is gorgeous, right on the edge of the garden of the gods park, breathtaking views of the mountains and pikes peak. Everything about the property was 10/10. Modern, comfortable, elegant, a lot of little details that make it extra special. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, great shower pressure, comfortable bed, and the hot tub is fantastic too! We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick. "We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request."

Marianne is delightful and great to work with. Apartment is whimsical but has great space. Family of four fit well. View off decks was lovely. Hot tub was clean and had a great view. "High end appliances and finishes made this an amazing place to visit. I travel a ton for work and love finding amazing places like this where I can skip the hotel lobby, and bar, and loud people around me. Quick access to I-25 but also tucked away with some incredible views of the mountains and front range. As long as your party isn't too large or pack a ton with you, this wonderful property is one you will want to use anytime you visit COS. I will be coming back here again in the future!"
