"Don’t say it’s a “shared” hot tub when there’s no other way into the backyard from this guesthouse. The hosts has a whole system of their Renjoy company set up as a 3rd party. They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. "We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request."
