"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. We had an amazing time! As soon as we walked in it was so welcoming and comfy! The place had everything you would need for a short stay, and we were so psyched to be able to cook our own food in the kitchen with all the utensils. I’ve already recommended this place to a friend who’s going to Colorado soon, and she’s excited too. This place was awesome, and I definitely plan on staying again. "

"This is a small and quaint property located within walking distance of downtown Manitou. It is the perfect getaway from "city living" with a minimalist feel to it. The bed was a little smaller and firmer than I'd like but all else was great!"

"We only had a few days to visit due to our schedules being so busy. Our grandsons live in Colorado Springs, they’re the reason we visited. The Little Bear Cottage is the perfect place for a quick visit! Much better that a hotel! It’s clean and cozy, we even got lucky to saw a few dear napping in the backyard of the neighbors. Highly recommended!!"

"Overall great place for 2 people and the location was great as well. The hosts were great and easy to talk to if you needed to. It was clean and had a fire pit out back. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable I will say and the tv is slow but otherwise it was great. I’d say here again. "

"This little house was perfect for us in every way. The kitchen was furnished with care. Bed was comfortable. Our son came and slept on the pullout couch for two nights and said it was great. Although we didn’t use it, there is a sweet backyard with a table and chairs. Best of all for us is that it is so close to Colorado College where we visited our granddaughter. We loved it here!"

"We enjoyed our stay - great house with room for all of us and well-stocked kitchen too. We cooked several meals and enjoyed walking into downtown Castle Rock. House is on a quiet residential street with easy off-street parking out front. "

"My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs… we will definitely stay here again!! "
