"Excellent customer service. We requested a shuttle to pick us up and return to the airport, and they immediately helped us. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and quiet. The hotel restaurant has a stunning view. There is lots of security around at all times. The concierge is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this Hotel."

"The boutique hotel was very cute, the staff were all very nice and helpful. My only issue was there was no in room AC they provided us a fan. And the water is a bit tricky. They knobs are like an outdoor knob and if you don't get the temperature right ouch! But very super cute, friendly, close to attractions. "

"Just a nice place to stay in Mexico City…not a super fancy 5 Star Hotel….but it doesn’t have a five star price either. But safe…clean…well maintained…friendly…restaurant on site..close to a wide range of moderate to very pricy restaurants. What’s not to like…including the price."

"Really nice hotel! The area is nice and quiet at night. The room walls are a little thin, but I didn't have any trouble sleeping at night. The coffee machine is a nice bonus, I used the laundry machine in the basement to wash my clothes once, and the cleaning folks provide you some water each time they tidy the room. The area is super nice and walkable to grab coffee, nearby drinks, brunch, or dinners."

"I loved this place. I stayed 5 nights just recently, this month. The location is my favourite, with the local flavour, laundry, cafes, restaurants, subway and bus routes nearby. The staff is great, friendly, polite and helpful. I recommend it highly."

"The staff at Umbral was incredibly warm and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable. The room was very nice. The design of the building was cool (especially the elevator), and the cafe downstairs, Ojo de Agua has delicious juices, and a good breakfast menu. The area around the hotel is a bit loud and congested, which was the downside. "

"I love the lap pool on the roof top, it allows me to exercise effectively. I also like the running track nearby at El Batan park, it is half a mile per lap. The room is modern, convenient, the shower is excellent. We asked for an extra desk chair for my husband at the long desk; very convenient. We also asked for a desk lamp, it was very helpful. It only surprised me that after forgetting a pair of shoes at the pool, the staff took the shoes "to the front desk," but it took the staff about...

"I stayed here with my girlfriend for a week beginning of January, it was a little cold at nights but gets warmer day time. It has 2 stoves if you interesting in cooking, small refrigerator, small coffee maker, bathroom has warm water. Its about 15 minute drive from Tepoztlan, I cooked most of the time but they also have food delivery. I recommend this place especially if you interested in a romantic weekend with your significant other. "
