"Our stay was amazing. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly and accommodating at all times. Parking was never a problem, you just pull up on the side and the staff take care of the rest. They stored a birthday cake in their frig for us as well, with no problem at all. Location was excellent. Stayed in an inside room (no balcony) and slept really well, minimal noise could be heard from the malecón at night, which I read was a common complaint with those who had a balcony room. The rooftop restaurant has good breakfast and breathtaking views. The hotel is well maintained. Will absolutely stair here again when we return. "

"We had an amazing two nights celebrating our anniversary. The food at the restaurant was excellent, the press for champagne button in the room was a very nice touch and we used it a couple times. I wish the rooftop plunge pools were heated but it doesn’t change my opinion of this place. 10/10"

"The property itself is great! Top notch! The amenities available on the property are very convenient from the spa which has a jacuzzi & sauna to the pool area! All within the property make it very easy to access. The breakfast was great! The only suggestion I would make is regarding the wait staff. They seemed almost annoyed with any request made and didn't have a friendly demeanor unlike the housekeeping staff who were cheery, smily and greeted you in passing. "
