We went to Rental & Tours bike, scooter and electronic bike hire shop just opposite to this hotel, again another very friendly and reasonable place to this hotel with local knowledge about Valencia, you don’t have to go far, everything you might need is near this hotel, all together my husband and I can’t praise the hotel staff enough. This is one the best service hotels in Valencia because of how welcoming the staff are in reception, the concierge staff and the two own hotel’s restaurant’s staff who make you feel very welcome and they are all very obliging. We give this beautiful hotel 5* for their hard work making guests feel fabulous. We are definitely returning to this hotel."

"It was a good experience, the hotel installations are not in the best shape, gym is very poor in equipment and maintenance, and the elevators as well. Foos was good, only had breakfast, food was good quality and abundant in variety. "

We also were informed by the recepción that water was only included in the first night…. We stayed 5 nights!
