"This is a really quiet couples and family location. The balcony is huge and especially the top floor, really private with sun beds. Very nice cafe on site, with a really healthy breakfast option. Its a really good location as a base to hire a car and see the rest of the island. Really nice village/ beach location near by. Los medano is just one. Gloria at reception really made our stay, she was very helpful with advice on the local area and hire a car. Which great! Thanks Gloria and all the staff 😀 "

"We had a fantastic 1 night stay with half-board and enjoyed the spa facilities. The room is big and comfortable with good views. Dinner at the restaurant was pretty good, some dishes better than others, but a shame they charge you for some filtered water - it should just be included as part of the 3-course meal as a minimum. Breakfast was very good."

"Nice location close to the tram. Can easily walk to the waterfront and bus station etc in a few minutes. Convenient to old town, plaza de Espana and food and shopping."

The hotel is in the center of everything, right next to restaurants and stores and within walking distance of museums and parks. The rooftop bar with a pool is a wonderful bonus. Overall a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it."
