Unbelievably gracious, kind, and connected to his guests! We celebrated a big birthday and treated ourselves to an unfamiliar holiday. "Such an amazing property! We have used VRBO rentals for years and this villa is over the top! My husband and myself with our son and his wife stayed and were so impressed with the decorating and touches from local artisans. We chose to stay up the hill instead of by the beach so it is a trek to make it to the beach and back in the heat. The onsite restaurant was amazing as was Farmer Rooster's restaurant. "10 of us stayed at this beautiful property for a 40th birthday celebration, it was perfect! The house and view are even more gorgeous in person, it's called Sunset Villa for a reason!!! Checking in was a breeze, Yesenia was fabulous and we had no trouble communicating via Google Translate. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for convenient travel to the beach and around Playa Flamingo, although the stairs provided a great little work out! We rented vehicles as well so day tripping to Tamarindo...

"Well kept colonial townhouse 5 min walk from the beach. Traveled with toddlers, so walking to the beach or up to the pool was a bit of a challenge. There’s some noise from the road, but we used WN to sleep, so didn’t really notice. The facilities are great, house had everything we needed. Would stay again."
