The amount of construction in front of the condo is a little alarming. We are so glad for the rooftop so we can still see the ocean We love going to all the little restaurants in the area and were excited to see some new additions. The new closet in the condo is wonderful!! We hope Howie and Maggie will rent to us again next year the rooftop "
