"The cleanliness of this hotel was very, very poor. Very little attention to details and complete disregard and disrespect for customers comfort and accommodations. Examples: Bed Spreed was soiled with stains, ashes from cigarette had been dumped on the floor behind the chair, food stains or what ever they were we on the walls and mirror. Television was 20 years old, the sample size soap was not big enough to wash an ants bottom, it was very bad and uncomfortable to stay there. I felt like...

"Went for an event at my granddaughter’s college and will probably go again. They were busy but stopped to help me check in( I think she was working 2jobs) then directed me and walked all the way to the back to make sure I found the right place. "
