"This hotel is amazing, starting from the special guest services, all staff were fantastic, very friendly, professional, courteous, always going beyond their way to help out with every aspect of our stay. Also, I highly recommend and encourage to get a package at the spa! Their Feel Urban Spa is a must if you stay at this hotel! Carnivore restaurant, delicious and the proximity of Paseo Arcos Bosques is so convenient since you have amazing restaurants and stores right there just steps up the stairs from the hotel. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"Great Room , great location. Just the restaurant and Bar were disappointing , no inventory of Tequilas ( on a menu) no chicken for chilaquiles, or freshly made eggs. just milky ( terrible looking) in A chaffing, boiling. I will go back to stay there everytime , love the rooms and the frontdesk staff, management need to pay attention to it's restaurant ,or close it, and just serve tea and coffee."
