"My check in was fine other than hearing the staff complain about customers because they didn't think i understood them. My coworker's reservation was cancelled and after how they handled I she decided to go elsewhere. The room is a decent size but dont expecting too much comfort the climate system is centrally controlled so the room is stuffy and warm. The pool does not open till after 10am so no morning swim.
