Our second day we had trouble with the lock. Oscar was there to help in minutes. It was something we were doing wrong, yet he was very pleasant about the whole thing. "The property is very central and everything is within walking distance. The apartment has a fantastic view of Alicante, there’s also a balcony. Just one criticism, please repair the bathroom tap as it is loose and difficult to use."

"We found the property to be clean and accessible. It is not close to restaurants or shopping so I feel a vehicle is necessary. We found the mattress on the queen bed could use replacement as you could feel the coil springs in the mattress as you laid on it. The sofa in the lounge area needs upgrading as it sits to low and provide very little support. It was uncomfortable to sit on for a long period of time. "Very nice studio apartment with a beautiful view right onto the sea. Very clean, thoughtfully provisioned with all the necessary equipment and supplies: For the kitchen and dining table, for going to the beach, for easy cleanups. Large refrigerator/freezer, even a washing machine. Plenty of available closet space. Check-in was very easy and friendly, with a super nice and helpful gentleman who spoke very good English (and probably also speaks several other languages besides Spanish). He left us...

"The apartment had everything we needed and was in good location. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was pleasant area to sit especially to have breakfast and also to sit on of an evening. Was within easy walking distance to the beach and Old Town but also on good bus route, both from the airport and to the front and Old Town. Host left information at the apartment regarding the buses. Decent supermarkets nearby, as well as cafes and bars. Good communication...
