"Our host Jess was the best host we have ever had. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. Jess provided us with great information about the city. He also provided us with valuable information about catastrophic events that were happening at our next destination. The area around the apartment had everything close by. "The apartment is situated on a very central street, easy access to restaurants. Each room was immaculate, comfortable beds and nice showers. The outdoor terrace is a bonus. Jacqueline the property manager was lovely and very responsive and dealt with our queries in a professional and timely manner. Our host was great providing us with a map of the area and there was a little book on Alicante in the apartment giving a background and guide to places of interest, museums and art wit suggested routes, we went to them all. "Nous sommes restés presque deux mois dans ce condo. C'est probablement le meilleur que nous avons loué en Espagne. "We had a very good stay in this modern apartment (with access by lift) in the old town, convenient for restaurants, public transport, supermarket and Mercado Central. The building is a bit difficult to locate as there is no name on the outside. There is some street noise from nearby bars on a few nights but this is common in Spanish cities."

"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it.
