"Advert is very accurate. The interior is a bit dated, but the pictures reflect that. Excellent location, with beautiful views. Ample accommodation, with 2 kitchens and loads of outdoor space. A stone's throw from the water, we had a great time. A beautiful place. "

"Had a great stay in the villa. Its situated in a quiet area which was great and the facilities were spot on, just as advertised (although the photos listed on the advertisment didnt do it justice). There were a couple of areas of maintainace that require sorting such as a loose door handle in tbe familly bedroom and a leaky air con unit in the living room but overall the villa is a very pleasent place to stay. We may be looking to book it again for next year."

"We were a party of 10 with 2 families. The property is spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty room for all of us. The location is great for exploring, and really peaceful. We were slightly worried by reviews about the air con but found the whole house stayed cool with just one air con in the back kitchen and the shutters closed during the day and we just used bedroom air con in evenings for sleeping. "Had a lovely 5 days away at Barry’s beautiful villa.Barry went above and beyond from communication to a lovely welcome pack.He arranged for his friend Peter to collect and take us back to the airport for a reasonable charge.Peter was lovely.Candy also helped us while we were away with taxis as it is a bit remote as in the mountains and we didn’t rent a car.And was happy to call around to find us a taxi and book activities if we wanted.Overall a wonderful holiday.Thankyou to you all.John and Sue"

"Ideal for what we wanted, which was quiet and pool side lounging. The villas is situated in a quiet enclave. We shopped at the Carrefour, about 10 mins away by car, this was ideal as the gym we joined was across the road. There's a great cafe nearby, 2 mins by car, and restaurant. We ate at the Italian nearby Chiesa which was delicious, but ate BBQ'd food and sat by the pool reading, so thunbs up from us. Thanks ."

"The decor was so beautiful and the property was so spacious. Really appreciated how much cleaning equipment was available. Everything was perfect we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "Very nuce hotel located near the marina of Cabo de Palos. It has its own restaurant and bar, it is walking distance from several other restaurants aling the coast. The rooms are clean, the minibar has all the necessities for making coffee or tea. Do take note that there is available laundry but they charge it by the piece like in major hotel chains, so it may be a bit challenging if you are in Cabo de Palos for water sport activities."
