"Nice place. As my husband put it 'shabby/chic'. No street parking, so you have to use a garage about an 8 minute walk away. Breakfast was quite good. The only real issue I had was that I booked a double bed and we got 2 singles with a room so tiny, we couldn't move them together. Also, this place is really tough to find!! It is right next to the Birkenstock store, which is a much better landmark to look for."

"Fantastic budget hotel. Not far from Neuabing train station on the S8 s-bahn direct from Munich airport, the other side of Munich city centre. Hidden behind a tyre place but no noise from there. The hotel was Immaculately clean no matter what time of day. Superb continental breakfast too. Parking is in front of the hotel, but please give the receptionist your car details otherwise youbrun the risk ofnit being towed away. Nearby theres an excellent curry house and a few other eateries."

"looks good in the picture but needs a lot of improvements, the smell in the room was awful, the wifi was terrible , without car very inconvenient to reach after 21:00 "

"This is a very quaint building, nothing fancy. However, it does have some drawbacks. No AC or fans. It is on the floor above a restaurant that is open late so if you're an early-to-bed person, not the best choice. The shower is tricky to get in and out of without falling. Could be cleaner. Close to the underground, buses & trams."

"We selected Schwan Locke per great reviews to be near an event close to the area and we were very pleased with our choice! The staff and rooms were amazing! Very cool vibe, super easy garage parking if you have a car, and great accommodations. The suite we stayed in had a great little kitchen and a super fun banquet for in-room meals or games. Amazing HUGE terrace provides great outdoor space and a nice view! The walk to shopping and old town is about 18 minutes so very convenient. I would stay...

"Eurostars is a bright and cheerful hotel with only a 300 meter walk to Munich Central train station along with all the other convenient transportation options (trams, buses etc). We love the adventure and literature themed decor. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds very comfortable and the shower with its rain head very refreshing and invigorating in the morning. Thanks especially to Marina at the front desk who checked us in. We will gladly return again and again."

Lovely last minute stay in a great location!

"The stay was lovely! We missed our connection flight in Munich due to mechanical problems on the plane. We were rebooked the next day. We decided to stay in the middle of town. Made the same day reservation on Hotel.com. We got our room when we got there earlier in the afternoon. Beautiful hotel, staff was very nice and food was great. Served us a glass of bubbles while we checked in. Very nice room. Great spot to walk to very nice stores and the famous Hoffbrau Haus. Highly recommended!"
