"Great place for multiple day lodging. Well equipped kitchen, spacious studio room and easy electronic key access. Top notch fitness equipment in the gym and a welcoming commons area were an unexpected bonus. Grocery store and UBahn within 8 minutes walk. Staff were superb! Very responsive to any needs we had. Definitely booking here again when next in Munich! Just have one suggestion - work on a better ventilation plan other than opening the windows when cooking. "

"The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. It was to the point where we wanted to be back in the hotel before 9pm."

"Location in a lively area but still away from the hustle and bustle of the old city. UBahn within 5 min walk, good food options in the area. Would not recommend it in the warmer months, since there’s no AC and the ventilator in the room is mediocre. Bathroom emitted a bad smell."

"We came over from Scotland for the Euros and did worry it was a bit far out from Munich centre but it was so easy to get the train and was nice to get out of the madness 😀 when came back to the apartment."

"Large apartment which is tough to find in Europe. Sound proof rooms were incredible. Good location. Close to train to get to old town. Kitchen lacked dish towels and a couple other things and ran out of toilet paper during our stay"

"Very new, nice, comfortable and clean apartment. We stayed for two nights for oktoberfest - the apartments were super close to the oktoberfest location with a very good price comparing to any other place during oktoberfest, which was fantastic. Wifi sucks a bit, weak signal. Friendly security guards at the lobby make me feel safe. Nice elevator. Note that there seems to be no laundry facilities yet, but I would still recommend this place as it is spotless and beautiful."
