"This was the perfect visit. We had a phenomenal time staying at Cornelia's lovely home in Einsiedeln. She greeted us with a warm welcome, helpful suggestions, and freshly baked bread, jams, and cheese for breakfast our first morning! The home is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed with a stunningly beautiful view. Pictures don't do it justice! We were traveling with my 8-month-old daughter, and Cornelia was kind enough to prepare a sleeping space for her. The loft had plenty of toys available...

"My daughter-in-law and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation visiting precious family and friends. The Allegro served us well during our visit and I recommend the hotel to others who are looking for a conveniently located hotel close to Einsiedeln and Gross, the Monastery, perfect for hikes and long walks and shopping. "This hotel is located just across the river from the train station. The adjacent area is Zürich’s main dining district and is not seedy at all as areas tend to be around train stations. There is shopping nearby on both sides of the river. We were more than happy with our room. In terms of safety, cleanliness and convenience, this hotel is hard to beat."
