"The hotel has a wonderful location directly next to the nature reserve Lueneburger Heide. Just just have to walk a few steps to see endless fields of heather. Rooms were spacious and clean. It also has an elevator. The reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is due to lack of customer service. We arrived in the evening and asked where we could dine and the receptionist recommended the onsite restaurant.
