"We stayed 2 nights at this Citizen M in Zurich. Centrally located, it was very easy to walk to the old town and to find great restaurants and cafes nearby. My biggest issue is that there is no coffee in the room ! If that is too expensive or unsustainable then I suggest that just like they have a room with an ironing board on each floor - they should ABSOLUTELY have one of those large coffee making machines that allows you to choose the type of coffee you want. As well - they could have a water station instead of people having to go through the cafeteria to fill their bottles. The room card can limit the amount of coffee usage per person. I need a coffee to get things moving in my body in the morning as do many people (digestive) - to go downstairs early (without wanting to do the breakfast buffet) and to have to wait in line for the ONE BARRISTA (who was excellent but could only handle one guest at a time) - THIS would make a whole lot of sense since Citizen M - prides itself on sustainability and amazing care of their guests. I did feel that it missed the mark in this instance !"

"The hotel staff were very helpful, I arrived very early from an overnight flight and they held my luggage and would have let me checked in early. The location of the hotel was so convenient for the train and bus terminals. I am really happy with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"I couldn't be happier with my stay at Radisson Blu! It was a last minute booking due to the proximity to the airport but it was an excellent decision. The rooms are so new and clean, and very comfortable. I had an early flight but my daughter was leaving in the evening. They changed a minimal fee for a late checkout (up to 6pm) and gave me peace of mind knowing she could stay there until she needed to checkin at the airport. Radisson is now topping the list for my next vacation."

"I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL , WE DID NOT NEED UBER OR TAXI , WE WALKED ALL AROUND ,EVERYTHING IS WALKABLE DISTANCE ,. SO CLOSE TO ZURICK HB TRAIN STATION , AND VERY CLOSE TO WHERE YOU TAKE THE TOURS , SO IT WAS GREAT "

"Newer hotel next to the airport, McDonald’s on the first floor along with a small pizza place. Located in a commercial area but room was quiet and well soundproofed. Hotel provided a shuttle to the airport for 8 euro. Fine for convenience for flights"
