"everything was great as always, but the pool was freezing cold. never disappointed staying here. its like our 2nd home when we come to town to see family, but this time, we were hoping to enjoy the pool, but it was way too cold."

"What a treat for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) on a college visit road trip. Found a great deal, we enjoyed one night on the 20th floor in a pristine room. Great Hotel & Resort for exploring, especially in cold weather. Lots of hallways, conference rooms, and an expansive weight room. The shower, with dual heads, is spectacular and refreshing. The pool was closed for winter, and teens aren't allowed in the casino, but plenty of good restaurant options. And the folks at the front desk could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Great deal, highly recommend!"

"The people at the front desk were always so friendly and even a bit funny. The pool and breakfast were great! Personally, I loved the quilts hanging as decoration, and the proximity to places we wanted to visit really couldn't be beat. Thanks to all the kind staff!"
