"This appears to be a brand new building, with very modern looking apartments. Our apartment was not stocked for long stays as there were very few pots pans utensils, etc., to use. It did have more than enough to meet our needs for a one night stay. If you plan on preparing a meal in the apartment, you will need to bring most everything you need with you. "So very clean. I'd have my coffee in the morning by the fireplace and Riverview at the Riverwalk behind the building. So nice. Communication was on point if I didn't get through I had a call back in a few minutes. We had one of the 2 BD room 2 bath . Bathrooms was so very nice. Everything as it looks with good people around. "We only needed a one-night stay, so this was perfect for what we needed. But there is not a kitchen or personal coffee maker in this unit. But the common area has a Kuerig, so this was not really an issue for us. We think these lofts are great and will most likely be back but check the amenities before you arrive. The river is a great place for a morning or early evening walk. Great location near fun stops like St. Joe, New Buffalo and lake Michigan"

"The biggest problem is the full size mattress on a queen/king bed frame. No space for 2 people, my husband and I slept on the air mttress which is queen size. "We rented this property for the weekend to have a little getaway for our family. There was only seven of us so it was perfect our sister mostly uses of wheelchair so it a pleasant surprise when we seen the wheelchair ramp going up to the back deck we all enjoyed ourselves and made some great memories with her. Everyone on and around the lake was friendly. We love the little beach area attached to the property and the fire pit it just has a really nice cabin feel, even though it’s a house....
