"We really liked this property. The only drawback is that we reserved a room on a higher floor looking out at the village but they gave us a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool? When I inquired, they told me they were booked solid so they couldn't give us the room we reserved originally. Seemed odd. Regardless, we still had a great time at The Landmark. "We found the property easily and enjoyed the organic location near the creek. It was a little snug for our group but met all of our needs while we were in the area for baseball events. We were required to complete and sign a bedding configuration days in advance, however, it was not done. We made do and otherwise, enjoyed our stay!"

"Property manager was always quick to respond. One minor issue with the property which was addressed immediately. House had plenty of room for two families with nine total people. We would stay here again."

"From check-in to check-out, Kelli was a pleasure to work with. Kelli responded timely and went out of her way to accommodate our large group (in Vail for a family wedding). The VRBO (lower and upper unit) was super clean, well-appointed and conveniently located to free Vail shuttle/local park. It had the warm feel of home. The six parking spots, two decks and open kitchen/living room area were a huge plus. Plan to stay here again when in Vail for skiing or summer mountain fun. Kevin R."

"The pictures don’t lie…the property is so cute! You’ll feel right at home and the property has everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable. The views were incredible especially with the fresh snow. Patty gives you great directions to find the property and makes sure you have everything you need and quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will definitely be back in the summer to explore more of the town and to experience the property with doors and windows open! "

"We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It had plenty of space including sleeping and common areas; places to gather and places for alone time. We enjoyed the river views, hot tub amd proximity to Edwards. We happened upon the town on one of our walks! We will visit again!"

"We enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful townhome, recently refurbished, very nice floor plan and design. Nice open floor plan with a nice kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. Weather was very nice, Vail was beautiful but a little too crowded at times. Shuttle was convenient. We will likely stay here again.,"

"This home was a perfect location for our trip to Beaver Creek. It was very well appointed and did not feel like a rental at all, very cozy. The shuttle was as described and very convenient. The check-in and checkout process was also very simple. We look forward to staying in this beautiful home again!"

"Six friends stayed here for a reunion/vacation. Nice place. Spacious and clean. One drawback, but not a deal breaker. This place does not have a very well equipped kitchen. There are lots of specialty gadgets, but not some of the basics. If they added some cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, and mixing bowls, then it'd be great. A pancake griddle would be nice too."
