"So comfy and clean!"

"Room was pretty standard. There were two marks down for comfort. The first is because the bed was not great. My wife thought the sheets/blankets were really thin and she was cold all night, plus my back was a little sore waking up in the morning. The second is because the shower ran out of hot water about 10 minutes in. The mark down for cleanliness is because there was a whole bunch of the prior occupant's hair in the bathroom sink. Also, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway...

"I am happy that manager help me with transfer different room, first room we went in was broken AC, dirty tub and dirty towels and I shared it with manager and she transferred us to different room with neat tub and clean bedsheet and towels and ac worked and manager find way communication with us due were deaf family. "

"The unique thing in this hotel was the washing machine, which was very necessary for customers. The second thing was the teams were friendly, helpful, and very wonderful."
