"Staying with my partner. We didn’t have a double bed. Two beds pushed together. Old beds, creaky. The room was clean and the view was great. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Expected a better quality coffee machine for this establishment. "

"Great location for the city centre. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and she was spoilt with treats by the staff in the bar. We had a basement room that was really quiet and lovely and dark overnight. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. Huge bathroom!"

We were still able to park on-site and they are just minutes from The Roman Bath, a must! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was top notch! One of the few placed that we stayed that had a fridge in the room! Our room was comfortable; fan was provide. "
