"Very well maintained. Good location staff friendly. Very nice breakfast with lots of options buffet style. Nice hot shower glass front walk in. Did not like that they had no bed protectors or mattress pads. Was not clean behind couch that is left pulled out from wall all mirrors were large and beautiful, but they were dirty. Large wall window with no way of opening, so if you like fresh air not the plsce for you. Heating and cooling unit sits very close to bed so temperature control is difficult while sleeping vents for unit were dusty and dirty. Bathroom vent didnt work at all, but other than minor issues experience was great."

"Very nice hotel with a good bar/restaurant. The food was very good and they had a nice selection of bourbons. The hotel has underground parking, which was a nice surprise. If you are are going to watch the Jayhawks play football, it's just across the street. Next time I'm in KC, I'll stay here. "

"I stayed during a snow storm and the staff was just amazing. They had to stay of course but still were friendly and kind. My only downsides are no microwave in the room, you have to walk to the lobby. Then the shower was so slippery with no mat. I cant rate the staff high enough!"
