"Property itself was fine but I'm assuming the cleaners are heavy smokers as it took 2 days with windows open for the smell of smoke to fade"

"A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. "

"Perfect place to stay if looking for an airy holiday let ; close to two great pubs and a fantastic deli. Compact kitchen but with everything you need. Two good sized bedrooms, with comfortable beds, at either ends of the airy barn conversion. One en-suite and one bathroom downstairs. This can be tricky in the middle of the night. Spotlessly clean apart from very dusty main beams. Hot water plentiful with great water pressure. En-suite shower could do with a little updating as outer surround...

"We stayed just before Christmas and it was decorated beautifully! The tree was huge! The owners put a lot of time and effort into making the property feel very Christmasy.The house was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay and there were even dog toys for our dogs to play with! The beds were also super comfortable.We would definitely stay again! "
