Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We arrived and they said that we have booked a room with a shared bathroom (my booking made no mention of this) but she said they didn’t have any shared bathrooms left so she would put us in a private for one night and the next night we would need to swap.
