"We stayed at Comfort Cabin, 1 King Bed, Fireplace, Hill View and it was amazing. The bedroom was clean and warm. They had a dry sauna which was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable."

"The check in process was awkward. You had to use a phone and wait for someone to come on a tv screen. This was frustrating. I also called multiple times about a clogged toilet and no one came. I then found a maintenance person walking around and he came to help me. "

"We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. "

"The owner of the timeshare and I had trouble getting on the same page for this stay. I tried to cancel the stay prior to the trip, but was outside my cancellation window. I was told in writing by the owner (4 days prior to arriving), that the front desk had my name and would be ready for my arrival. "We really enjoyed the great location of this unit. We were right in the middle of heavenly village and able to enjoy multiple restaurants, live music, and family activities all without having to load the kids up in a car. The room overlooked the pool which was nice as well. The resort itself really caters to families with multiple family friendly activities planned each day and different fun pool side snacks (popcorn, cotton candy, popsicles etc).
