"We stayed 10 nights at this VRBO. The home was very clean and the accommodations were so comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Our host, Ludvig was extremely helpful and accessible. "Unfortunately there were a lot of aspects of booking and staying at this property that were unprofessional and uncomfortable. The only person who spoke to us was the host’s husband, and he never gave us his name, even in person. We never saw or spoke to Madeleine. They didn’t respond to messages in the app. Madeleine’s husband asked us to cancel on our end 2 days before the reservation began. His rationale was that there was an ant infestation but that they were harmless so if we didn’t want...

A real birthday treat on the shores of Lake Geneva

"Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva. Upgrade to a suite made for a perfect birthday celebration. Helpful staff. I used the gym in the next door hotel. Several restaurants nearby if you want eat out. Across the road from the metro which runs directly to the Lausanne station"

nice stay

"Very nice place. We had a lake view with a balcony. Even though it's an old building with radiator heating (no thermostat control, but you can control with the knob). The room was pretty spacious. It was very clean. It's located on a shopping street by the lake, lots of restaurants and shops around. The only thing was laundry service was cash only (CHF15 per small basket). If you need to borrow a charge adaptor the deposit is also cash. "
