"My family had a great time! Space is wonderful for kids/infants (lots of extra space in rooms for Pack N Plays)! The kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boat were a hit with all our kiddos! Would definitely recommend and likely to come back. Only advice for families is to bring life vests (there are 3 on property). "

Constant dripping all night. Inside areas above front door needs some attention. Have owners look up there and they willUnderstand. "

"The property is close to Eatonton and Milledgville which both have great shopping and places to eat. The house is very clean and cozy and close to the water. The inside was roomy for just two people but had other rooms if you have more guests. The dock is new and very well designed for enjoying Lake Sinclair's beautiful views!
