"This was our 4th return trip to LOTM and as usual, it was a pleasure. Staff are always attentive, without being overbearing, rooms were spotless and comfortable, making it feel like an ‘home from home’ and the Atrium tasting menu was outstanding, as always. "Excellent location to the centre and it really easy to walk to and we felt safe doing so at night. Unfortunately for us, we felt the room was noisy and we could hear other guests walking in the corridors and the rooms either side and above us. The bed was also very creaky. This is understandable with it being an old building but as a light sleeper and us having our dog with us this did make the stay harder and meant we didn’t sleep well. The room was nice but tired in places and the shower...

"We had a fantastic one night stay at the double tree Cheltenham. The bedroom was beautiful with a lovely bathroom. The service was second to none, from the barman to the fantastic waitress Justina who couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return "

"Our Christmas stay at the Welcombe Hotel was a nice break. The mansion is stunning, set in 157 acres of beautiful grounds, and if you’re lucky, you might even spot deer roaming around. The spa was good to have—the indoor pool, Swedish sauna, and outdoor vitality pool made for a nice way to unwind, and the thermal rooms were a nice touch. A very big shoutout to Sara and Muhammed, who were incredibly helpful and always welcoming. Their service really stood out. Breakfast was OK-ish—not bad,...

"Second receptionist warmer than 1st. Maybe the offer of calling us when the room was ready instead of asking us to call to see if the room was ready would have been more efficient/going the extra mile. Food was lovely, lovely village location. Shame the sewage works was going on whilst we visited but not hotels fault. Don’t agree with the service charge automatically being put on the food bill, food was lovely but not cheap and then 10% charge on top for serving two people. To be fair...

"Stay was very enjoyable, the facilities were great, only issue we had was hairdryer was blowing cold air and there was not hot. After being in the spa/pool this was needed. Other than that we had a very good stay, will be returning "
