The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk from major attractions like the Colorado Convention Center, 16th Street Mall, and the Denver Art Museum. The only downside was the parking fee, which was a bit pricey, but that’s expected in a downtown location. To add to the chaos, my bags were lost, and I was feeling quite stressed and annoyed. However, the moment I walked into the hotel everything changed for the better. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making me feel right at home despite the hectic day I had. The front desk service was amazing—hands down one of the absolute best check-in experiences I've ever had. The receptionist was not only efficient but also took the time to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay, even offering assistance with my lost luggage situation. I also had the chance to unwind at the lobby bar, which was perfect. The drinks were great, and the service was top-notch. I truly enjoyed the conversations with the bartenders and other guests, which helped me relax after such a long day. While it wasn't the day I had planned, the team truly turned my experience around.
