"J'ai eu quelques difficultés avec la facturation car j'avais déjà payé mon séjour avec Hôtel.com mais eux ont repris les montants sur la carte de crédit qui à servis au dépôt de sécuritaire. le tout est revenu à la normal mais avec plusieurs intervention de ma part. "

"EXCELLENT stay at Château Bromont. The room was great (beautiful, comfortable and there was a fireplace!), very convenient parking and charging stations for electric cars, awesome hot tubs with view of the mountain, right next to the ski hill, and oh yeah, great (and stiff) drinks at the bar. Staff was also very courteous. Would highly recommend! "

"Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Husband is a professional chef and serves 4 course breakfasts. Rooms were charming and very clean. Close to restaurants and Parc National du Mont-Orford. Highly recommend and will definitely go back. "

"A good basic hotel/motel, clean and tidy. Very good for the price - pretty basic though, so not recommended if you want some luxury. No kettle in room, but I used the coffee maker to get hot water. Also the bath plug didn't work in bathroom so I had a shower instead, a minor point but a bit annoying. "
