"2nd time here. Hotel is nice. We go back for the outdoor hot tub and fire pit feature which are amazing. Before you book, double check that there are no hockey team groups. It’s wasn’t that bad but still extra “traffic” up and down the halls was a bit of a pain. Also had problem with our shower but we only noticed it around 11pm. "We come here multiple times a year for my granddaughter. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely, it was very clean and comfortable. We received the extra towels the were requested. The pool was wonderful, nice and warm. The outdoor hottub was excellent the indoor hottub was very nice too. The minion blow up bouncy slide was no longer in the children's playroom which was my granddaughter's favorite but they still had the other larger blow up so she played on that. "A great budget spot for a night or two in Magog. It's an old building / hotel but very functional. The common areas are tired and need some love but the rooms are more recently renovated. Super clean beds and bathrooms, very comfortable all around. And you can't beat the location - perfectly situated relative to the main strip and the lake. Also, not sure why others had issues with parking. There are many regularly sized spots right behind. I've already booked for another night for a concert in Magog."
