"Easy check in and Joyce communicated quickly. The house was as pictured. It can be a little noisy if you have teens. The lower level is easily heard in the bedrooms on the upper level as they are all connected by a center stairway. Kids enjoyed the pool table. We drove by the entrance to complex the first time around. The roads are a little tricky. After a few trips it was easier to navigate the roadways. Close to Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg. "This place was definitely a splid place to stay while attending Knoxville for a short trip. The location of this place was great being that it was really close to just about anything in town. However, this place is not for light sleepers. The train and highway keep for a pretry loud surroundings whe sleeping at night. "Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you!"
