No warm welcome. Have to ask questions you’d expect them to just provide in their welcome at check in. Down to one elevator, other under repairs. This is a large hotel with many floors so a single lift was not ideal. Bed mattress heaves so much on the sides you feel as though you may just roll out. Arcade had...

"Our room was so clean and spacious we wished we were not just passing through for one night. After leaving, we realized we had left a few important items behind. The receptionist promptly retrieved them so we will pick them up on our way back through. The breakfast had a great sekection and the breakfast room was clean and comfortable."

"Unable to plug my car in parking lot. Staff check in and out was great. Parking otherwise good. Property needs some upgrades- room was good but general up keep is needed. I would return as price was right and we had a good and pleasant stay."
