This property was horrible and the employees are uneducated on the ADA and charged for me for my service dogs. The building was gross, there were broken and cracked furnishings, the toilet seat was broken, the faucet in the tub was located in an odd spot, the entire building smelled like cigarettes and rotten food, there was dog poop on the concrete surrounding the building, it isn’t handicap accessible, and the staff is rude

I've stayed there many times and have had minor issues but I didn't not appreciate the fact that I had to kill two cockroaches running across the headboard at 3:35 AM!!!! I've almost always left favorable reviews for the bison inn and suites but not this time!!!

The room was caked in grime. The walls were dirty and our shoes stuck to the floors. Bathroom was filthy had pubes all over and a used cotton ball on the floor by the toilet. Staff was less than happy about checking me in so I felt like it wasn’t worth complaining about it to him

We want a refund due to cockroaches were in the room 129. I packed up and left . They were running around in the bathroom and counters. The owner said he would give us a refund and speak to Expedia to refund me.
