"Beautiful hotel!! Lovely staff!!! I can't wait to come back!! My son and I came into town for the Krampus event and fell in love with San Candido and this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The Front Desk went above and beyond to help us with questions and getting around. The beds were so comfortable, amenities were lovely! "

"It was a pleasure to stay at this historical building. The surrounding area is also nice to walk around, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the room with modernized bathroom and balcony. Breakfast is also very nice, enough choices to fill up. The only downside is the floor in the room. Probably because it’s been for a long time it squeaks when you walk in the room."

"The property is gorgeous and staff is attentive and went above and beyond. However, there were major issues such as noise from the club downstairs and the air in the bathroom not turning off. If you want to relax and sleep this is not the place! "

"Staff at front desk exceptional, old school gentlemen and make sure you get car service and any directions. Hotel is the center of the town and people come to gather there which makes it a great location. Bus takes you straight from hotel to mountain."
