"My family had a wonderful stay in this house. Between hiking in the Schoodic Peninsula, visiting Bar Harbor, and soaking up the view from Cadillac Mountain, we loved swinging on the porch swing, having coffee on the front porch, and relaxing around the dinner table. "What a great getaway for our family! Mighty Oaks had everything you could want, from plenty of room to comfortable living area! The kids had fun shooting hoops and kicking around a soccer ball in the yard, while the adults enjoyed a hot tub. The well appointed kitchen was so functional, we cooked in every night. "Such a great location and property for our 3 families. Off the beaten path on a quiet corner of the lake, we spent lots of time swimming, paddling, and relaxing. The Maine house easily accommodated us for meals, games, and hanging out. The cabins were great to spread out at night. We look forward to a repeat stay! "

"This house was wonderful! Clean, easy to find on GPS, even in the dark when we arrived and a very quiet location. The view was beautiful. We saw deer in the backyard and across the lake. We utilized the fire pit on a cool night and enjoyed s’mores with our family. The small touches were thoughtful-mini bottles of shampoo & conditioner, mini bars of soap, coffee available for the coffee maker. Beds were comfortable as well. If we’re ever back in this area, I would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed for several nights and enjoyed our time here. The interior is quite big and there is a lot of open space. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed using the popcorn popper as well. Even though there is no forced air heating or cooling, we felt quite comfortable, even with the outside temperature ranging from 40s to 80s. Just about 8-10 Minutes to the local restaurants, LLBean outlet, and a wonderful playground/park. The home had comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, recently updated furniture/decor, and an exceptional view. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend! "

"The cottage was cute and well equipped. At first as we were driving there it seemed so far off the beaten path. As we ventured out the next day to Acadia National park we realized we weren’t that far away. It was about a 45 min drive. We do like to watch a little tv before bed; so, if you want a tv, there is no tv. We listened to our music. It was a little too cold to sit outside to do any star gazing. The view of the sunrise over Cadillac mountain was beautiful!"
