The guest contact was very responsive in getting back to me with any questions or concerns we had which is great however there were too many times we had to reach out to them during our stay, all basically minor things but things that should be taken care of prior to guest arrival so we don’t have to ask for thing. "The location was very close to the interstate allowing for easy access to many other coastal Maine towns, and just a few minute ride to Kennebunkport and Wells Beach. Very clean and nice finishes in the kitchen. One improvement the owner could make for this property to be stellar would be is installing a larger shower, it was very tight, and tv’s in the bedrooms."

"This property may be on the smaller side, but it's perfect for two people, especially if you plan to be out and about all day. The location is excellent. All area beaches as well as a bunch of fun restaurants and shops are within a 10/15 min drive. I would come back!"

"The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! "

"This was a great find for our group! King size mattress was super comfortable. I did hear that one of the queens was much more firm than the other. Everything was clean. Kitchen was great for breakfasts and lunches. The only thing was our keycode didn’t work everytime. Sometimes it took us 4 or 4 tries."

"We had a good time here. It was clean, and and it slept six comfortably (though with only one bathroom, that was a bit of a challenge). The segmented couch is comfortable and could be configured into a bed. One improvement would be fixing the electrical sockets - some didn't work - and perhaps adding an additional official parking spot, since it's a large accommodation. However, the parking was in a large lot, so we were able to park up to 3 cars without any complaint from anyone. The location...

"Great location! So close to the beach, right across the street. Very clean, a lot of nice touch’s by the owners. Cute coffee station, little creamers, sugars, non sugars. You will definitely enjoy the place and want to go back. I dealt with the owner Emily who was wonderful and extremely responsive. I would go back in a minute! Thank you Emily!! "
