"I liked the size of the room and the staff service. The location is great in terms of proximity to Northampton and the cost was very reasonable. The downside was the entrance from route 5 was hard to see especially at night. The large sign was great once entering the parking area, but not very visible through the trees. Ideally, a traffic light would have helped, but warning signs from both directions as to where the entrance was would work. "

I did not get the name of the concierge but he was very helpful and a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area. He was from New Jersey and went above and beyond with every interaction with the guests. "

"Great hotel and super clean! Rooms are amazing just on the 2nd floor 227 you hear the swimming pool pump and it is very loud during the day/night.. other than that amazing hotel."
