"We had great friendly service from the staff and the food and table service were great. However our room was not to a very good standard. The windowless en suite did not have a functioning extractor fan which resulted in a damp smelly room with damp towels which were only changed when I asked. We did not have kettle either until again I requested one. That took two attempts. The lighting was poor the main light on a dimmer switch flickered all the time. By the time we left the bulb had fused on...
