"The Gloria hotel is a hidden gem within the old Jerusalem area. As a tourist and my first time going to see Jerusalem they were fantastic. They had information for me they were able to help us with anything we needed if it wasn't for the staff at the Gloria hotel I don't think I would have had such a great time visiting Jerusalem. I would like to personally thank everyone who worked at that hotel it was beyond immaculate your service was exceptional and beyond thank you for the bottom of my heart it was fantastic."

"Outside of the one parking guard who thinks that guests are subkecy yo her whims, the rest of the staff were excellent as were the facilities; however, I was surprised that there were no separate swimming hours for men and women and so I could not avail myself of the pool. Hope to go back"
